Dr Xiaoying Fu did her PhD in computer science from Southampton University, UK. She worked for various entities including university, HiTech company, bank and local government agency. Now she is a professional director and consultant.

Xiaoying is passionate about building stronger trade and investment relationship between New Zealand and China. Have lived in New Zealand for 20 years, Xiaoying is perfectly positioned to play a bridging role between the two countries. Well known for her involvement in building business relationships with China, Xiaoying is one of the best when it comes to discovering, developing, and marketing quality products and services to international audiences. Xiaoying has worked on many investments from China into New Zealand including successful and unsuccessful bids.

By training, Dr Xiaoying Fu is a scientist. She is always interested in innovation. Kiwa Digital is a world leading experietial digital content publisher. It sets up the high standard of interactive digital books on iOS platform. Its patented doubing technology and its proprietary software has produced many digital interactive books including Hairy Maclary for young children, K12 educational and adult voice over text books. As an investor and director of Kiwa Digital, Xiaoying is responsible for China market.

Xiaoying is managing director of E.I.T Consulting Ltd, a director of Zhengzhi New Zealand Ltd, sitting on the board of New Zealand Asian Leaders.
