Biography
Mr. Liu Feng is managing director of COSCO and Chairman of Chinese Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand. Before coming to NZ in 2003, Mr Liu was deputy managing director of COSCO Guangzhou for seven years, where he led the development of China’s modern heavy lift and semi-submersible fleet which has made COSCO a worldwide leader in heavy lift transport solutions.
