Trevor Yaxley is an innovative entrepreneur with an extensive track record. Further, he and his wife of over 46 years have created many community focused businesses that have made a significant contribution. Trevor is a gifted speaker and is a highly esteemed and sought out citizen of NZ. Trevor has consulted to, and spoken for a number of governments. With the Singapore Government he developed an animation studio for Singapore Technologies. He founded Family Television Network and produced and directed over two thousand live-action and animated TV shows.
Trevor co-founded the Regional Broadcasters Association and has sat on many media company boards. At the time of the 2012 Summit Trevor was focused on the Digital Media opportunities opening in greater China for Huhu Studios, as both CEO and founder. Huhu has developed and sold its own IP into China and was in the process of making two animated TV series for China. Huhu had recently signed a framework agreement with SSGKC (Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City) to develop a state of the art digital media centre with a working animation studio.
Having traveled extensively to Asia and greater China particularly over the previous 10 years and closing in on sixty trips to China alone, he had plenty of experiences and valuable lessons to share about its people and what it takes to get a breakthrough.
